A suite of interactive screens and tools for the Hotex-Kitex 2025 exhibition.
Including smart demos and a lead collection system.
Business Context & Challenge
For the expo, we needed to engage visitors with physical touchscreens demonstrating 'Smart Home' and 'Smart Weighing' concepts, while simultaneously empowering sales agents to collect leads efficiently.
What Was Built
I developed three distinct web interfaces:
1. Smart Home Demo: A pantry inventory simulation where users can 'manage' products.
2. Smart Weighing Station: A fully functional scale interface allowing users to select produce, weigh, and print barcodes - replicating the real supermarket experience.
3. Lead Collection System: An internal tool used by sales agents on the floor to capture visitor details, automatically syncing with Google Sheets for immediate follow-up.
Business Results
The 'Smart Home' and 'Weighing' demos successfully engaged visitors, encouraging them to interact physically with the screens. The 'Lead Collection System' streamlined the sales process, replacing manual notes with a digital, automated workflow.
