The client needed a frictionless way to collect customer feedback at the point of service.
The solution needed to be extremely easy for customers to access (scan & go) and for management to analyze.
What Was Built
I built a web app optimized for mobile. Users scan a QR code or tap an NFC tag to access the feedback form. The system integrates with Google Forms and Google Sheets for a zero-cost backend, collecting data that feeds into a dashboard for statistics and analysis.
